Very interesting theory! I could definately see it holding true. We need to do some tests where Zerg players listen to Terran music while playing, I'm sure the Zerg would immediately feel an increase in his performance.

Terran music is the best, same as in broodwar! How much the music effects the gameplay im not sure! :p

Im wondering if people go terran just for the music, im stuck playing vs terran every ladder game! And TvT IMO is boring! :p

Ugh, terran SC2 music is just country faggot shit. Not even close to the awesomeness that was terran BW music. Every time I play terran I have to go ctrl+m or my ears will get cancer. Zerg music actually makes you feel zergy. Pretty mellow horror stuff that tries to calm you down slightly so you don't get overwhelmed by the extreme stress and pressure that comes from playing zerg vs terran and 4gaters.

A new upgrade should be introduced (1000/500) for every race to turn off your opponent's background music for the duration of the game. You know, for BM. And BM is fun.

hope they add some better tunes in the expansions, like they did with Zerg in Brood War (really loved the new Zerg tune there!) :D

It's actually far worse than you think. Seems they have the man upstairs on their side. Keep a keen eye out for the license plate at ~27s.

I agree on this part, although Terran music was way more overpowered in SC:BW. I hope they add more badass tracks in expansions!
