 My download usually starts at 3mb per second, then goes down to 10^^ Then i restart and its back at 3mb. Jp has said the same thing a couple of pages back, but you might have missed that. | ||

Pause the download and resume it right after, the speed will pick up for about 10 seconds. Then redo until it's finished. No idea why it works, I get stuck at 40kb/s otherwise but it'll jump right back up to 800kb/s. It's like manual downloading if there ever was any. | ||

The use of it as a modifier to turn an adjective into a noun (poorfag, newfag, nostalgiafag etc.) was almost certainly purely a chan invention. And I would argue it's actually a good thing because it makes the word actually useful instead of just an insult... | ||
