Oh man, this sotg was soo good, especially the riffing on TB.
I mean, I know its not factually correct, but the drama and butthurt that always ensues when TB is criticised is so beautiful. Idra + Geoff confirmed for most incredible trolls.
Also I'm so happy to finally hear Geoff say what everyone already knows about Husky.
Ive been trying to explain how poor his casting is to my friends for a while (as if the fact they are still in gold and I'm in diamond isn't proof enough).
In defense of TB, at least his casts are exciting to watch because of his great casting voice.... whereas husky... oh dear god.... just nothing there of any value what-so-ever.

Just wanted to tell you that I found the highlighted part quite comical. Of all the reasons I've seen for Husky hate that one takes the cake.

When I entered the discussion, I stated immediately that I was discussing the Starcraft scene in general. Never once have I said SC2 specifically. They are on a comparable level in the Starcraft scene, and in general as far as pro gaming accomplishments go. However, if you want to narrow it down to SC2, I would suggest this: How about a poll asking who people would guess won a bo7 between, say, Liquid`Tyler and Morrow? My guess: The odds would turn out fairly close.

Maybe it's just because I come from politics (where calling a guy a Satan/Stalin/Hitler Hybrid is par for the course), but it seems silly to get upset at InControL, IdrA, or TB for any of what was said.
Pretty much all of what has happened is available to the public, so if it really concerns you do your own searches and draw your own conclusions. Personally I can see how people would get mad, especially with miscommunication and confusion, but I don't think anyone has done anything here that's unforgivable or especially terrible.

Ok look, 10 people on a forum is not everyone. Anyone with half a brain understands your view on Morrow having no zergs to practice with, which obviously shows. And the TB thing is understandable because WHY would he post that on his twitter right after he got denied to cast?
Sure it may be a coincidence, but these whiners not understanding why people would see a correlation between the two is just them being ignorant. The people complaining are just the few folks that take things too seriously, you know those kind of people.
Please don't let this effect your humor on SoTG, it's golden and is always the highlight of the show. Looking forward to the next one.

It seems that Idra is still butt hurt from the 5rax reaper pwnage MorroW laid on him. So naturally Idra thinks of him of a terran scrub that cheated him out of his rightful IEM title by abusing the noob race - like anyone who used something that could beat a 14 hatch back these days.

Anyway, Husky hasn't got like 300000 subscribers because he sucks. He is entertaining and funny, and he makes new people want to learn more about starcraft. Anyone who does that shouldn't be frowned upon.

he gets asked to cast a tournament and doesn't get invited into several games he had a confirmation on...

he completely failed to cast any games and tried to steal viewers from the onsite casters+streamers and when they said no he threw all the toys out of the pram and gave up. thats like the definition of childish and incompetence
