Practice House/E-Sports location/building-50% likely.
Why?

-The three EG members moving there, getting ready to set up. Makes perfect sense if its some sort of practice house.
-Incontrol has constantly stated how the West needs practice houses, and how thats what makes korea so appealing, not just the calibar of players there.
-They were talking about building a practice house in korea previously, but I haven't heard anything recently regarding that.
-Fits with the delayed announcement, along with "not being allowed" to say yet.
