These two things are not mutually exclusive..... I mean, I'm not a great player, and I won't touch the strategy forum, because of how much crap fills it at the moment. I tried to ask for some advice once, and I got absolutely useless information from over 80% of the people who replied, and the other 20% didn't even read the question right to begin with..... While the future looks bright for being able to separate the good posters from the crap, that still doesn't mean that the good posters will post more (or start posting again, if they used to and stopped). I definitely like the idea of a pro-forum. I'd just like to be able to view it. | ||

I personally would like to have some kind of button, that you can click and it then hides all the posts from not-highlighted people. So if you have a 50 page discussion, you can click it and read only the 2 pages of posts from pro-players. That would be handy. Don't know if that's what is planned anyway. Maybe this would make posting more enjoyable for pros aswell and at the same time you could still read what the general population thinks about the issue. | ||
