I'm a huge fan of the show and love what you guys are doing. Regarding inControl, I think he is very, very funny and I've been laughing my ass off more than once when he gets the train rolling. But, I feel, that despite him being very funny in the podcast so far, he is gonna have to diversify and change up his humour. The eurobashing and dropping of tier 1 comments will not get him much further. Continuing with his harrassing technique is gonna grow old, and even though it will generate laughs, people will grow increasingly immune after a while. That said I would like to restate that I think his humour has worked so far and that he obviously knows this kind of humour. What I am saying is that he's gonna have to change it up, or people will become immune. | ||

If you find it funny, great. If you think it won't be funny later, then thats okay, because the SOTG is not a show on comedy act.. | ||

I'm really loving the SotG podcast, even though I've only listened to a few of them. You seem to have found a magical combination where Geoff is funny as hell and occassionally derails the conversation while blowing the current topic out of proportion and making some valid points as JP puts the cast back on track and provides several interesting topics. Around this tug-of-war, the discussion is nicely balanced between being a serious platform for experienced players to deposit their wisdom and a bit of a geeky SC2-related silliness. Thumbs up for the topic timestamp table! | ||
