As a regular viewer of his stream I can assure you that he has made plenty of comments about how done he is with SC2. He mostly kept doing SotG for as long as he did because he had become such close friends with the cast and because it had become the centerpiece of his streaming career. That said, I don't think its IMPOSSIBLE that they would do a special christmas/new years show, as JP is still good friends with Incontrol and Day9. I think its the kind of thing where JP isn't looking to do it, but if the guys approached him about wanting to do a special episode he would, and would probably get really drunk again and make sarcastic jokes about how he doesn't know anything about the game anymore all episode  | ||

Incontrol + JP still play these roleplaying story thingies together. I don't know what it perfectly is. JP streams a lot of games and he still hosts podcasts. Just nothing that has to do with SCII. I don't know what the other 2 are doing, but Day9 streams other games as well for sure. | ||
