Well I didn't expect the "hour talking" would be taken literally. I mean just have him as a guest for an hour so he could discuss things with everyone else. I would rather see that than him analyze a replay for an hour and a half.

is it just me but:
I used to absolutely love when SOTG was full of strategy discussion about the state of the game - balance discussion, discussion of different strategies and how to beat them, discussion of current players, their playstyles, how they can be countered, analysis of peoples play in specific high importance games - up and coming players etc. Nony's analysis used to absolutely brilliant.
Everytime I switch on SOTG they're talking about something like Orb getting fired or Kespa or whatever, I want more discussion about the actual gameplay!!!!
Can someone please inform me on this
Thanks

I hope I can leave work early today so I don't miss anything (I get off work right when it starts).
Who should I bribe to have 'technical difficulties' and delay the show?

I personally like that SOTG addresses everything important that has happened in the Starcraft world since the last SOTG. The reason for that is that I have a fulltime job and just cannot keep myself up-to-date with everything that happens and so SOTG is perfect for summing all that up AND getting the pro players/community figure's opinions on that. I think in that role SOTG is relly valuable as for me at least, it's pretty much the only and best sc show that I regularly follow.

No class tomorrow so I'm totally gonna watch this live! Can't wait

Agreed and I am in the full time job club. Add a girlfriend and a house to that mix and your time to watch SC2 becomes real limited. I have not played in 2 months. I don't want strategy discussion beyond what was in a specfic game. I can't really learn anything about a timing or build without a replay or something to review. I would rather hear about the players and the guys thoughts on why the games went the way they did. I use SotG to learn about new leagues, players or get updates on the community as a whole.

Thanks for putting up with so many ungrateful people, JP.
Yeah,,, Just look at teamliquids "Upcoming events" and see if its less than 24 hours to it, then it is the current day you are awake on!

And I can't have my phone at all during the ceremony, so I can't watch streams or anything. It also sucks because my last name is pretty far in the alphabet so I'll be sitting there awhile.

JP, whenever you're showing some graphics on the stream, like tournament brackets, maps, or even pictures in general, please keep them on for a longer period of time. At the moment I can bearely just glance at the picture and then it's back to the normal stream again.
I mean, if you're talking about MLG games and Geoff is talking about what he thinks about the final games and then you show the championship bracket on stream that is actually really good and serves the audience. But unfortunately in all the previous episodes that I've seen you have gone back to the normal stream way way faster than you should. If you could just give us the chance to actually look at the thing that you are showing us longer would be very much appreciated. Even just some tens of seconds more would make the difference.
It is actually a very very smart thing for a podcast to show the brackets&pics of the stuff they're talking about.

That seems like a pretty good group, I'm especially looking forward to QXC.

State of the Germans!
Artosis can't make it, Darkforce will be on instead according to JP's twitter.
Understandable, it's 7am for Artosis when the show starts.
