Small note: Sean sure does say "like" alot :D It's weird because on his daily and when he's casting, he's extremely good at suppressing it (especially live casting), perhaps because there's more to pay attention to or his thought process is more organized and linear. But on SotG, it's every third word, in every episode! Silly Sean lol. It doesn't even phase me now though. | ||

I feel with the community growing shows like this really have a chance to be "the show" for SC2. Some may argue that it already is, but I wonder if sotg is losing out on a lot of viewers by having it in a casual atmosphere. Maybe that is the idea of the show, and I like it, I just wonder if they took a bit more seriously if they would not only get more viewers, but also retain more viewers. Things like allowing the participating panel to swear seems like something that isnt really necessary, and can only take away from viewership. There is a reason these guys casting at events dont use that language, many people find it offensive. If SC2 wants to be taken seriously as sport, esport or however you categorize, and be seen by more people and accepted by more people, they need to appeal to more people! Tuning in and hearing the word 'fuck' 3 times in a 15second clip is going to make people turn it off, or not watch. I know we love to watch these personalities, and its fun to see them in a 'casual' atmosphere but I think shows like this can be 'the' sc2 show, and they shouldnt wait for the viewership to go up, then take it seriously, they should be proactive in developing a show for the masses. It'd also be nice to have the panel prepared for show and engaged. I know part of the show is a podcast, but there were 7k viewers when I was watching, and its distracting and annoying with people running off to the microwave or to fill water, or get distracted by other people in the room I dont know how the show is produced, or even the goal of the show, maybe nobody is getting paid and they want it to be as easy on the panel as possible, but Sotg I feel has the chance to bigger and better then that. I love the show, I love the game, I wish you all the best, I cant say enough good things about what you guys do, so I had to point out the 2 areas that I think you could improve. They should just rename the show "State of MLG". More GSL, less MLG. I mean cmon, you have Artosis there for a reason right? | ||

We've seen 2 months of mech only and like one week with some games with bio (and only in GSL in 2 series, code A finals and Polt vs Keen, MLG was full of mech). And Artosis didn't even cast these series. He really seems disconnected now, which is sad  | ||
