(JP especially...) Please try to be more objective, other then that, the most epic podcast ever! 4.5/5 toasters!
My biggest complain is the lack of humor
Day[vacancy] seems to only be on 1/2 the SOTG's and then when he is on he leaves somewhere between 50 and 75% into the show.
Once he is gone, there is no Geoff either.
That leaves Artosis/tyler/JP/guest to talk. All of them are capable of funny conversations but none of them really have natural humor to bring the funny to the surface naturally.
ITG isn't really funny either until the phone calls, but 50% of ITG is supposed to be educational basically, whereas SOTG is supposed to be talking about the scene in general, where humor can be mixed in easily.

^^^Tyler was the one who was supposed to commit sudoku, not you.

I don't know whats up with that. On the SOTG site it says you can download it by clicking the bold text but its just like listening to it through a stream. That's disappointing.

Will be interesting to hear Artosis's response to the whole Major smurfing thing. I suspect it'll be a one or two line answer like "yeah it's stupid, we told him that and he'll behave from now on I promise" but it would be nice to wrong on this one.

JP, please consider making a downloadable vod of future eps! There's probably quite a few of us that either can't use the embedded flash player for various reasons or who usually listen / watch to sotg's offline!

State of the game EP 44
State of the Game features well-known personalities from the Starcraft 2 eSports scene: JP 'itmeJP' McDaniel, Sean 'Day[9]' Plott, Dan 'Artosis' Stemkoski, Tyler 'TLAF-LiquidTyler' Wasieleski, and Leah B Jackson of G4tv. Each week the hosts and sometimes a guest recap what they've been up to in SC2, discuss the latest news and announcements, break down patch notes, break open build orders and strategies, and answer user submitted questions.
So Leah is a host now? I thought she was just a guest last episode.
It is getting to be to many people on this, last episode was really hurting beacuse of it. I rather have new guests on than a bunch of "hosts" acting like quests.

The problem is not Leah as a person, but the amount of people on the podcast There isn't enough time to get something great from everyone AND have a guest saying something also.
It just gets all hacked to small soundbites that doesn't feed any kind of conversation between the hosts.

I still haven't heard the last ep. Having trouble with the mp3 on my player and can't seem to find anywhere to dl the vod so i can convert it myself

Exactly my thoughts also.

Because a lot of Incontrol's great moments are planned. Not that there's anything wrong with this.
At the same time, Artosis and Tyler's jokes are often just as brilliant. The only problem in my opinion is that Incontrol used to take the initiative a lot and now that he is gone someone has to step up. Nothing wrong with it but it will take a while.

I think she was just a guest host for ep. 44 ... I agree with some comments above too many people and not enough time for everyone. also, at some point they all just overlap ideas also.

I liked Leah, all she said was interesting enough. JP could give her more time...
