I don't see how idra will ever be back on the show as well. Wasn't the deal because incontrol was a part of EG and they pretty much have their own show now? What is their (EG's) show? I must be out of the loop on this one.

Besides the caps (which ofc is cruise control for awesome) I agree with ya Wheat. Don't listen to the trolls 'n haters... Keep up the good work, man =) You've done soooo much more for eSports than the average gamer. Dont ever take shit from ppl who aren't on your level.

Anyway, what's up with State of the game, was 42 already up, did someone replace Incontrol? Wa... Was it my post you wanted to quote? I don't think it was, I was saying how much I loved SotG and trying to thank them. I didn't say anything about Dj Wheat, though he is pretty darn amazing.

I can't see how Tyler criticizing MC was even remotely interesting - it was a vague comment about MC playing unsafe, there was nothing spectacular or insightful about it. The only thing that made it "interesting" is the forum outrage and amount of shit he got for it. It was the same thing when Geoff criticized Select's play. Dozens of insightful comments about the game (especially from Tyler) go mostly unnoticed, but one time that he vaguely questions the style of another, more successful, player, now that is the interesting part that everyone picks up on. If that's a benchmark for "interesting opinions", I want to sign up for the boring version.

JP clearly cares deeply about Sotg, and DJ putting his show on the same day, a few hours before sotg, and using a pillar + somebody who is on sotg all the time (idra) certainly was a HUGE hit to sotg and is probably (we don't know everything obviously) the main reason why sotg is on hiatus. On top of that sotg used to talk strats all the time (not so much recently) and that is obviously a huge overlap with inside the game now. I hope this hasn't created bad blood between the two.

What the hell are you talking about??? - djWheat never decided the time when ITG goes live, it was Painuser,Idra and Incontrol. (He wrote that somewhere, i think in the ITG thread) - Sotg is nothing like ITG. ITG is much more Sc2 gameplay oriented (like day9daily) while Sotg is more community related and patches, tournaments, specific matches, etc. related. And even if they overlap sometimes: more content is always welcome. - If there wouldn't have been a break, how could the pillars even show up? There were to much tournaments going on and probably they didn't have time for the show. And Incontrol just left the show because of time issues. It seemed like a perfect timing for a break. - stop creating drama where there clearly isn't. djWheat always supported esport, why should JP have something against that?

SotG is on hiatus because JP is moving, it's also the reason SCCenter is on hiatus (which doesn't have anything to do with incontrol or any EG members). JP said this like 100 pages ago.

JP moving is something I didn't know about and would obviously be a factor but to say the other stuff isn't seems naive.

Sure I act unprofessional at times... but that's cause I'm a fucking gamer too just like you. I know when I need to apply professionalism, and I know when I can come into a TL thread and unload on a guy like you who is not knowledgeable about my history or intention in Pro-Gaming. The troll pit is that way. LOL. Oh Wheat. Take the high road dude, it ain't worth it.
