as for SOTG, take your time JP. the show wont ever be the same, but thats not necessarily a bad thing.
I know right hes just ravaging sc2. She was such a beautiful girl before Wheat latched onto her Ruining ESPORTS

I think TLO should be permanent. Just saying

thats not what i said at all.
i dont watch his content and i wont because i dont like the way he conducts himself. its as simple as that. he doesnt seem like he's doing this because he likes the game, he does it because he sees a business opportunity. which doesn't make him wrong, just not for me.

And what is with the hate on DJWheat? He has his personality, you have yours. He bring alot to Esports and I thank him for that. He brings up issues and talks about them with an informed attitude and with informed people. He helps put on so many events. I hate how people need to hate something, its just fucking sad. Give the guy a break

While I don't agree with the person you quoted... at least not to a large extent, your response did not pertain to anything he was saying.

All good tv shows come to an end, with the calling of this person and that person not being able to do this no more, maybe it is time to just stop it. With all they day9 dailies the OneMoreGame stuff there is alot of compeition for viewers etc etc. Maybe a comepletly new show would be better than just trying to fill in the places of the people who havent got the time for this anymore. It was fantastic show i admit, but everyone will be comparing it to when. He was on it, and when he used to do this and that etc etc. I think you should finish SOTG and start up a brand new show, doing something a bit different.
Just my opinion.

I totally have lost any respect for DJWheat for his attitude towards this and other "scandals". We dont need artificial drama! Stick to the facts! Wait so I am to ignore those people? Even when one of them is SLASHER a host of LIVE ON THREE who I have the opportunity to confront on air? I fucking lose respect to you for not letting me do my job. HuK deserves that win 100% and damn straight I'll fucking silence those who say otherwise... even if it means laying into Slasher. There is no artificial drama there, he and many others tweeted it... and I plan to address it. I can't believe people are so quick to "LOSE RESPECT" for people when everyone and their mom's are talking about it. Additionally, I don't know what other "scandals" I have had an "attitude" for, but here's a scandal for you... FUCK YOU. Fuck you and the high horse you rode in on. Pathetic. To be honest, wheat, he was just expressing his opinion. He may have not had all the facts, but this is certainly coming over the top with what any unknown TL poster would get banned for ;x Some people think HuK had a relatively easy path (avoiding MC, Bomber), others think match-ups have been slightly favoring Protoss in recent months. There's some merit and there's some bullshit, but I don't think it's so outlandish as to start swinging axes around.
MMA never came up against MC either but no one tried to take his MLG win off him. It's the same thing, people only said it because it was Huk and they want to take his win away. He deserved it end of story.

You realise that since TLO is in Europe he has to wake up at like 5 am in order to be on Sotg. He could do it once or twice, but I don't think he'd like to do that every week

I feel the exact opposite. The guy is in love with eSports as a whole, just because he likes and is into other games besides SC2 doesn't mean that his love for SC2 is fake or anything. Personally I feel the guy is completely genuine in SC2 and eSports in general. But I've been watching the guy for awhile, so idk.
I just think you're misunderstanding him tbh.
edit: also, don't start imagining that he's going around making big dough off of his shows or anything, lol.

You called into question Wheats credibility and then you stated because of your impression of his motives causes you to avoid his content. You can be as indirect as you like but due to your banishment of his content your argument gets put into the RUINING ESPORTS category.

maybe its that he aims for a broader audience, a more casual one. he never seems to offer much new or informative when i do happen to catch him doing something, which is admittedly not often.
i dont doubt that he loves esports, though.
to each his own.

because i chose not to watch his shows that ruins esports?
it goes beyond his motives also. im not going to get into a (further) personal attack on him, but as i said, i dont like the way he conducts himself. destiny is unprofessional, but he has no reason to be professional, he represents no one and is not trying to sell anything. if you dont like his straem dont watch it.
wheat is trying to sell something and the way he acts sometimes is unprofessional, and to me, unappealing, especially when there are many other options out there.
edit: im not going to post any more in here.

I'm pretty sure Wheat has a full time job and is doing SC2 casting on the side. He's not making a living off it and it's still probably taking off the time of a full time job from his free time. That's pretty genuine in my opinion.

JP let's get this show going again. There are shows that try and fill this shows shoes but they aren't even close to fitting.

Maybe DJwheat should stop swearing at people, I don't care if they are wrong. Also he should really take a look in the mirror and realize why people are saying what they are saying about him specifically before trying to point the finger at anyone else.

If JP could get Mr. ESPORTS himself to join as a host, that would be awesome.. Hell, I actually watched the entire VOD of Hot_Bid playing Portal, just because he's incredibly entertaining!
Hot_Bid for SOTG! ;D

And you shouldn't... one less dunce to deal with; you make sensationalist claims without anything to back it up. Seriously, this is the first time I think I've ever seen someone question djWHEAT's love for e-sports

guys. its fucking ESPORTS... spell it right in these level-headed and rational conversations and debates

Hot_Bid for SOTG! ;D Seconded. Although I don't know if that fits the high-level of understanding role everyone wants on the show.
