Honestly I have too many to mention, but recently this one sticks out.

I was off racing as Zerg and saw a Marine/SCV all-in coming and I felt like a genius since I hadn't be sure what my opponent was doing before and had stockpiled some larva and thought to myself "this attack will be easy to hold, I'll just turn all the larva I saved into Zerglings." I then proceeded to press the wrong hotkey, producing 20 Drones. I lost.

Not playing with sound on and having a nuke drop on your whole army as your macroing. That will make you say "Fuck my life" out loud without a doubt. True story.

Scouted my opponent going for a 4gate in PvP, so I decided to do a defensive 3gate. After my core finishes, I realize I can't start warpgate research, because I clicked *next* to my gas, rather than on the gas, so my gas probes were idle. No gas, and not even extra minerals ;_;

completely blocking in protoss player and he makes tons of cannons while i have 3 bases and then i proceed to tech straight up to hive and tons of void rays rape me

Managed to get a proxy hatch into the Protoss base, past the FFE wall-off. Then built a big round of drones from it.

I was in gold, first season and I went void rays against a terran. We ended up in a base race situation and he had 5 marauders in my base and I had 2 void rays killing his.

Instead of thinking to go back and kill his 5 marauders with my voids, I tried to base race him and he killed my last building before I could kill his and I lost.

As soon as the game ended I said "wait...wttttfffffff"

I was playing a ZvT, and scouted a huge bio push coming. In preparation, I had burrowed banelings in his attack path. He moves out, directly over the banelings, and I unburrow, killing like 3/4 of his army. I double tap "1" to go to my main army, get ready to attack.

Suddenly, lightning struck outside the house, hitting some transformer or something, knocking out the power and the internet connection.

I remember once In a zvz, I went hatch first and was trying to figure out why I had so many extra minerals until my hatch finished, I tried to build a queen, and realized that I didn't have a spawning pool.

I played a Zerg player in a local LAN tourney in CT. I was Terran with the intention of opening with the normal reactor hellion expand build, except I hit the Tech Lab hotkey instead of the Reactor one. I didn't see it til after it finished and was like WTF! So I tried to improvise by saying to myself, "Well I'll do a BFH drop and go from there." Then my opponent shows up at my base 2 minutes later with a bunch of roaches......

I was playing in a TLOpen and I was matched up against a Grandmaster league terran (I'm in gold league). It was on Shakuras and he tried to do the 3-bunker wall-off. Even though I saw it coming, I was outmicroed and lost. I felt like I had lost my innocence.

Misclicking unsiege ontop of the watch tower in Antiga TvT cross spawn as i watch him coming all-in towards me with workers and all his tanks/marines... I lost all my much bigger army, he got back into the game and won it later

Accidentally killed my last remaining building (a 4th base Hatchery) with my Queen in the midst of a base race where I was waaay ahead in terms of army. It literally attacked it from 75% health all the way down to zero and I have no idea how I didn't notice - obviously my injects weren't very good back in season 1.

TvP against a protoss going zealot/archon... 10 ghost and i proceeded to shift-clicked all of my emp's (After a-moving). Luckily my ghost were the last thing alive so i got to see all my emp's go off before 12 archons destroyed them all.
