This happens so often, but TvZ. I have spread my rines pretty perfectly before fight. I see zerg running in, I push 1, stim and a-move(and start kiting). Such /facepalm moments.

I have my baneling hotkeys on 2 and my primary army on 1. I meant to attack some rocks but accidentally used hotkey 2 instead of 1.

I saw all my banelings suicide against a rock.

And the rock didn't even completely die.

TvT, My opponent lifts a CC into my base i had only 2 rine and a maruader, he lands, but thankfully he could not build the planetary fortress for some reason. He complains and asks me how to build planetary fortress so i told him he needs ebay. I thought to myself that i should just move out now because it is likely that he does not have anything in his base but i wanted to wait until stims finish(seriously it is toooooo slow). I didn'y realize he parked his CC in my natural and got tanks/ bunkers. The thing is I was chatting half the game teaching him some basic T info cuz he says he play P most (he randomed). I guess now you guys can tell im bronze. Obviously I lost, worst game ever for me.

PvT Crossposition on Metal. Saw he was moving out with a large bio army. So I start to chronoboost out my Collosus (range had finished). He's getting closer and I'm sat there wondering why my Collosus hasn't arrived at my army, look back at my base and the spawn on the robo was partially blocked because I'd built a forge next to it.

rallying your army across the map to reinforce your attack only to later realize the bloody depots aren't down.

whole army just chillin at the front of your base as the primary attack force gets killed.

AND by the time i realized my screw up, the zerg had rebuilt his bajillion roach/hydra army and proceeded to murder me to death.

my troops should carry RFID card for depot doors....just sayin

Some how I accidently cancled my barracks when it was 90% completed. I felt like I wanted to cry after that.

Good thing was it was a 2v2 and we are bronze league in that. I think we won that game even If I had so little units because of that. T-T

I got demoted from Masters to Diamond with the new season. Thankfully I`d been doing well enough vs Diamond opponents that I was once again getting matched vs Masters, and I was really feeling the pressure to win games and get promoted again. I sit down to play, and I`m up against a slightly favored Zerg. Alright, a few more wins and I`m good to go, let`s make this one count! Wait, probes, why aren`t you mining? Ohgodwtfisgoingon... My probes wern`t listening to me, it was like my shift key was stuck down, so I couldn`t give new orders, only add to the queue. I spammed and spammed to try to get them to listen to me without luck. Then they sstarted attacking my Nexus. In all the spam to fix the bug, I must have hit the `A` key. I quit with my Nexus at half health while my probes continued their rebellion. FML.

I always wanted to hot key cancel to something more elaborate than esc because of that, like ctrl alt esc or something =P

Do you use steam with SC2? I had the same problem. Since Steam is activated in SC2 by Shift + Enter, if you go into the steam overlay and then leave it, SC2 thinks you're still holding shift so in the games you play all your commands will end up adding to queue.
