I was playing PVP on Lost temple. Scouted him out, found a forge. No probes were near my base, so I was happy about that. My probe was then sitting at the Xel'Naga tower when I saw one of his probes head off to the corner of the map. Now, in that week Day9's Funday Monday was no expanding to your natural, so I thought he was expanding to the corner of the map so I wouldn't spot it. Later on in the game, I send an observer to check out the map, looking at all expansion areas. Nothing. This really confused me, so I checked back at his base, and saw a buttload of cannons. I had upgraded Collosi at that time. As I sent my army out, his army of Voids came along. Turned out my observer JUST missed his double stargate. And this was just a couple of stargates, no defense for them, at all. I could have actually walked in with a few stalkers and wipe it out. FML.

3 FMLs of late. The 2 from last night:

1) Losing to a Zerg who proxy hatched at my natural... I killed his main, but managed to miss FFs and let hordes of lings into my base

2) Proxying 2 gates outside MY OWN base on Shakuras. Oops.

3) Only managing to win 10% of my games against Terran in the last couple of weeks.

Also nice to see even the top guys have funny moments - I saw a Naniwa rep where he CBed his Nexus on 10 supply, meaning of course that the pylon was nowhere near built while the CB was still whirring on the Nexus which couldn't build a probe.

One night i was quite tired but decided to play some none the less the first game I get matched vs a Zerg, he gets one drone in my base before i close my wall, forget about the drone and 5~7min later I only have several scv's left :-(, he just put his drone in my mineral line and killed almost all of my scv's, then the baneling bust came followed by a fck load of zerglings.. I tried to go to sleep directly after but raged on for like an hour before I could finally fall asleep.

Today I played some zerg who started BM the first minute and eventually I lost because of terrible unit control

Went Adel no-gas pvp and followed my 4z2s rush with chrono-boosted warpgate, put down my 4th gateway after a successful attack, and my expansion just came in. Had 2 probes producing from my nexus and i needed the 50 minerals else where, so i clicked the esc key to cancel one before checking on my warpgate tech and canceled it at 95% completion.... sadly this has happened twice in masters ._. fml

(thats what i get for clicking through my buildings too fast)

Not really a SC moment but I played Starcraft for 8 hours straight, then logged in briefly on my WoW account to say hi to my guild mates there. As soon as the loading screen finished I "boxed" my character with the mouse and tried to send him to the mineral line asap.

TvT in silver league. I proxy planetary fortress at the guy's natural and set up a nice contain with bunkers. The guy gets siege tanks but hasn't managed to bust out yet. I tech to nukes to bust in. I try to go for the fancy nuke cancel and the stim in but I don't cancel it in time. FML.

This was a while ago back around August. I played some Protoss on Kulas Ravine and I did an early stim push into an expansion at the gold. I had 2 rax, one with a reactor, so I had quite a bit of marines. The Protoss player decided to go Void rays, and when he saw me with Marines and stim, called me a maphacker and started flaming me. Then he proceeded to add 4gates along with his Voids and he all-in'd me into oblivion . I said gg and he said something along the lines of "haha l2p fucking maphacking noob".

Needless to say I was on such a tilt after that.

Biggest mistake ever. tried to go 10 pool to put some early pressure on. half way done I thought to myself wow... I have a ton more minerals then usual when I do this. Then i realized i had built a evo chamber... such fail!

The classic evo chamber instead of roach warren, the double baneling nest build because I forgot I had already made one.
And making 8 overlords instead of hydras against mutas. Doesn"t work T_T

I got into a PvP where we both 4 gated each other at the exact same time. Normal base race ensued, and I pulled away all my probes to rebuild a nexus. while it was building, he scouted it when he had just a few buildings left. when I saw his zealot see my nexus, I cancelled it, wanting to relocate. Not noticing this was my only remaining building, I immediately lost. FML

On one of the first SC2 games I played, I was facing my brother, who wanted to use Nydus worms.

He loaded all his units (3 ultras, some lings, and a lot of roaches in there.

I attacked his main with 8 blink stalkers and started shoopting his Nydus network.

He realized what I was doing a second too late, and managed to save 3 roaches by unloading them.

By far the most cost efficient stalkers I've ever lost.

Every time I play a terran or protoss, get my scouting OL denied, pretty much have to guess which one of the countless builds he's doing, end up getting it wrong and look like a fool.

Every time I think my early game efficiency is improving, only to be met by 4 Sentries, 2 Immortals and 6 - 10 Stalkers... I get steam-rolled

I'm always like "But.. How did..... FML!"

Admittedly I am only Bronze, but I win almost everything else except TvZ early pool Zergling rushes.

I've lost 3 or 4 games now to early rushes because I hit 'G' instead of 'F' when meaning to FF my ramp. Sucks watching that dome go up as all your opponent's units stroll happily up your ramp... =/

I had a near max muta-heavy Z army against T and he pushed out. Feeling had obviously superior numbers I simply A-moved into him. About 10s into the fight I found myself wondering where all my mutas had gone. Somehow (how???) failed to notice the fact that he had a Thor in the middle of his army LOLing at my clumped mutas.

I gateway rushed a terran, but i accidentally rallied all my probes after the initial 6 to his base, ended up trying to all in with 5 probes and 1 zealot in his base.
Lost to a bunker.

While defending a 7 pool my wall was destroyed and 6 lings ran in. I finally defeated it while only losing 1 or 2 probes. I go on to try to 4 gate but lose when i found out he took the gold and his natural

forced in a position where i had to base race a terran. I was protoss, my technology is FAR more advanced and superior. why the hell can't my buildings fly >_>

played 3v3 random and both my teammates flew off to the island expansions... i randomed zerg >_>
