It's pretty unlikely that he knew about today's police raid against kino.to some weeks ago and that this would also influence his sponsor duckload.com, isn't it? Besides, no one knows what's going to happen with duckload. Or did anyone authorised make a statement about canceling the sponsorship with White-Ra? As long as nothing like this happens, everything is just speculation. And we should leave that unreliable stuff to the yellow press.

I know I started using duckload after I got to know it through their sponsorship. It was actually one of the better one click hosters, so I really hope it comes back.

The servers are still there but the fiber is cut. Tommorow a lawyer will arrange for the servers to be put back online. Basically what he said in a nutshell. You can find these statements in thread I linked. Source: http://www.wjunction.com/showthread.php?t=86283

He says their services and servers are located in Germany and they will stay there as it is legal. That investigation and raid was led by industry. (own comment: and we all know that content industry whishes and often times understands law different to what's actually legal) Sounds pretty promising to me.
