For those of you complaining about it not being updated.
I manually update this thread, everyday, sometimes +3 times a day, depending when I can get on between school and work.
If your post is not on the front page in the database, then your post did not follow the format. If you would like your teams post on the list, then follow the format and I will gladly add it.
There is NO script or team of people running this thread, it is just me, so if it takes a few hours before your post goes up, then I'm sad to say, you are stuck waiting those few hours.

I'm not really understanding the appeal of many of the teams here. What's the incentive for the player? If you're looking for a 3000+ masters player, what do you offer them? There has to be some sort of incentive for joining - is it simply that you will get practice partners?
