I think that eventually your "already in queue" status will time out. The reason I think this is that I got that problem around 35 min ago when I first tried to play a ladder match and cancelled out when it was taking forever. 30 minutes later I was finally able to at least get to the "finding a match" when it goes orange, this time by creating a coop game (which I had also tried earlier). Anyway, I also cancelled out of that because it couldn't find anybody. So I'm back in the same situation. Going to try to join a custom game after I time out again.

I was having the grayed out "find match button" button alt-tabing between this and my sc2 window it finnaly showed up. Maybe you just have to wait it out untill you can dl the new stuff?

I played 1 of my placement matches earlier on when this thread was just starting up. Queued up for like 3 minutues and got paired up. It was pretty laggy but playable i guess. I didnt really have an enjoyable experience cuz of the lag and didnt bother searching for another game.

for ppl who have the problem where all the join game buttons are greyed out, i had that problem. i logged into a different account and then it worked. dunno if that was a coincidence but its working now for me

I was all ready to be pissed about my messed up motherboard and processor, but it looks like it is just saving me from having temptation so close. Now I can watch from a distance as the rest of the SC2 community tears its hair out.
