EPTWhen I was getting into BW I had around 120 apm. I spent a week where I forced myself to play at 200 apm through the whole game. Obviously this resulted in a lot of spam, and I played terribly for that week. But afterwards, when I let myself go back to normal, I found I was averaging at 150-160 apm naturally, without spamming. Pretty big increase for one week of practice.

3,4,5 hatches. as i spam through my hatches i always check available drones and the inject larvae and tech bars and reposition rally points... so that hardly feels like wasted apm. double tap 2 to check my scouting ovie and repeat! | ||

2 scouting drone 4 hatch And I try to bend my fingers to stretch them a little while spamming buttons 1,2+4. And I also like to click on the minerals as fast as I can to practice a little on my accuracy. | ||

I try to smoke between 7 and 8 or 8 and 9, or after paying for 10 if I'm zerg. I tried the same during a 6 pool.... worked out great ^^ | ||
