Offensive gg is always BM, only thing even close to as bad is GGing and still trying to win(6 poolers seem to love doing this).
Here's one from a PvP I played today where he 4 gated and I was planning one going 1 gate robo expand, but seeing as delta quadrant is pretty shit I wasn't able to expo and eventually had to drop 2 more gates while holding him off with better micro and unit composition.

I got 6pooled by a guy on Xel'Naga caverns and subsequently got lectured on the finer points of TvZ balance for 15 minutes as he attempted to rebuild.
I reminded him that 6pool is not particularly effective against terran, seeing as they can wall off, but he called walloff imba. I pushed with a few hellions, knowing his army was mostly zerglings. Hellions imba, of course. After macroing off of two bases and him not expanding, I do a tank marine hellion push, and he asks me to provide a counter. Not being a zerg player, I didn't have an answer that was good (I said banelings).

Concussive shells do not slow massive units.

I pushed with about 8 zealots after a really sloppy build in a custom game. This guy's first message (which isn't shown) told me how I was a loser because I was a diamond player playing custom games....

Offensive gg basically means telling your opponent "you lost, get out of the game" and that is bm because your opponent should decide when he wants to leave the game, not you telling him to get out.

Can actions count as a quote?
On Metalopolis, I (Protoss) prevented the Terran natural and took my third. Eventually took my 4th and made a 200/200 push with 8 Collosi, 17 Stalkers, 2-3 Immortals, 4 Void Rays, a few (leftover) zealots, and oh yeah, a Mothership.
Guy quit before the first supply depot was killed. I laughed for minutes.

Except usually offensive GG is done before they have clearly won so it is BM.

I was playing against a Zerg who goes for a no-gas FE into Mutas on Blistering Sands. I pushed his FE, but his mutas popped at a perfect time to focus down my marauders. I fast tech to Thors and push him. I get this in chat:
"*/)**%&| cheater, nice hacks"
"get a life, you play too much $%*"&! starcraft, nerd!"
I checked his profile afterwards, and he had almost 500 ladder games in 1v1, 2v2, AND 3v3. Lolz were had.

Guy blocks off the bottom of his ramp with a rax and factory. Apparently doesn't think to lift them when I start to attack them and his marines can't get around:

I get pretty lucky in that most of my opponents are gracious. I always make a point to nicely congratulate a player who has beaten me. I gg on cheese, but if the game played out I'll say "great game  " or "nicely played!" But tonight I had my first two good BMs that I actually took a screenshot of. Both were from opponents who were easy to counter based on scouting - when I see robo, you better expect I'm going to mass marines:
