Maynard is one of those players who are actually smart, isnt mechanic based.. Do you ever wonder why someone like Pillars is #1 in his division, Yet Idra is struggling to even go better than 50%, and ranked like 40th in his division?? Maynard is head and shoulders above the skill of your average "modern" gamer. He is an RTS player, not someone who just watches BW replays and copies down the build orders like most modern SC players, cant do anything for themselves. You do know what "Maynarding" probes means? Wonder where that came from.. | ||

Some players can be experimenting more, doing weird stuff etc. Also ladders are not very pinpoint accurate. It gives a good general skill grouping but cmon.. Look at TSL ladder vs Tournament. Also a lot of people could be sharing accounts. I could imagine CJ having other people try out SC2 on idra's account etc. | ||
