I've posted a few times in this thread already and it seems I'm the only one having an issue, but I find that impossible to believe. None of the dailies on Blip TV have worked for me for about two weeks (I get an unplayable error after the advertisement runs). My concern is that I've tried it on two different computers/OS (PC and Mac) and three different internet browsers (IE, Firefox and Safari).
It seems completely incomprehensible that I'm the only one having this issue, but I give up I guess.
I was / am having the same issue. They seemed to come out of nowhere. After a bit of googling I found a semi-explanation on some other blip.tv show channel....
the long and the short of it is "keep trying." The video is just not retrieving correctly, NOT that you don't have the right plug-in or whatever. Try loading the video, get the error message, then try again. The most I've hit RELOAD is 3 times (playable on the third). Apparently they are switching to html5 to solve these problems.

Laughed so hard at that one XD
I just saw/heard that, actually rewinded to hear it again. Too fucking brilliant!
Had to add that starting a 2v2 by myself my zerg partner left the moment the game started, i stayed, used his units and my own and ended up winning against 2 toss players who were "favored" just had to add that. Anyone else had a similar experience? If so sharing your replay would be funny
Actually that's pretty normal. It was almost a widely used tactic to have one guy leave the game right away, so you'd have 2 base economy, with just 1 base production buildings. 6 pools with 15 drones supporting it and equal things like that. It was used to bypass the time restrictions on resource sharing.
I almost always 2v2 with the same person, but since hes bored of it now i do it with random people. I have noticed that tho sometimes when i was in bronze, you will have zerg toss, and the zerg leaves, toss pumps out voids
Is there any source where i can check on the newest funday monday challenge? Blip.tv wouldn't let scroll through the video... I even already watched it but the last minutes just crashed. I hate blip.tv. I already checked reddit and youtube and dunno where to find the challenge.

There is no challenge next week, he's going to be too tired after casting mlg for three days.
According to Daily 209, Sean is planning on having a normal, non-funday monday daily this coming monday (11/8/10), since he'll be casting MLG Dallas this weekend and will need time to recuperate.
Any other archive viewers run into problems when they try to step back or forward while viewing the archived stuff on blip.tv? If i miss something he says or want to hear it again and try to "rewind" the video, it will click back but freeze up and wont come back.
If i'm 13 minutes in, the only way i can get back to where i was after trying to rewind is to start the video, go afk for 13 minutes, and hope i catch it in the same spot it was before.
No stepping forward or backward, even if i DL the FLV. Anyone find a way around this? anyone know of maybe a FLV viewer that sidesteps this problem? i use adoble FLV player and yeah, if i do anything other than play or pause it i have to restart the video and play from the beginning.

I got the same problem. If i miss I just wait till it is up on youtube
The daily quality is starting to deteriorate. I'm not going to lie, I do find Day 9 funny but his last few dailies (especially this week's funday monday) are starting to detract from Starcraft and are becoming this:
Granted, some people may find this funny but...it's just too much when he does some stupid gag every other minute.

Sean has been casting tournaments for like the past 4 weekends, plus MLG Dallas this weekend, and he's had to fly to all of them except 1 (Blizzcon) and 2 of them on the east coast (IEM NY and MLG DC). He's doing half the dailies jet lagged or preparing to fly somewhere. Oh, and he's in grad school during the day around all this. Give him a break!
Also, Funday Monday = FUN, it's supposed to be more fun and entertaining than informative and analytical.
I'd say it's pretty hard to produce 200 episodes of content pertaining to Starcraft without getting repetitive or feeling a little burnt out. I for one thought Monday's daily was hilarious, and a welcome addition to the other Funday Mondays. You guys have to remember that HE IS NOT OBLIGATED TO DO THIS FOR YOU. The fact that Sean's been doing these dailies for so long just shows his commitment to Starcraft and the Starcraft community, and if you can't appreciate that then you don't need to be here.
