The first two-three funsies were interesting, allowing players to think outside the box and at same time develop alternative tactics and really show that you can delayu the queen as zerg, you can implement carriers into gameplay etc, then the original for fun-stuff came (choose one unit in 3v3/4v4), which was okay for entertainment value, but I don't want to see those slow players beeing totally aweful at the game. Winning cause you are less worse then the opponent while pulling some funcy tacc is not fun. What is fun, is that you're roughly the same skillevel, but simply wins cause of decissions and not because the opponent is sitting on 4k minerals and 2k gas and 7 marines so you 'owwwwn him with infestor only lolololol' Other then considering dropping funday monday, the show is very good. But starts to suffer from what all shows do, focusing on what people like in the first 'season' and then getting to much in the end. Oh well, enough rant. Day9 somehow made me a better player (allthough, not good, but I don't send in silly replays). | ||

i found funday monday hilarious, from the sheer energy and craziness day9 had from drinking all that coffee newbie tuesday with 2v2 was amazingly helpful.. you'd think day9 would run out of perfectly demonstrated ideas to help people out but they keep coming.... And this is all in spite of how insanely busy he is. Out-of-town events every week, grad school, and all the preparation + encoding that goes into doing the dailies. If i was him I would have a nervous breakdown with all that going on. Do people not realize any of this? | ||

I know there won't be one next week but will he tell us for the week after that or did he forget? Anyone know? I don't have time to watch ALL the day9s so I don't want to miss it if he announces what it is in a different episode. Thx Capt | ||

Thx Capt there will be no Monday funday or Newbie Thuesday next week, he is taking a "break" (poor guy is busy 24/7 as much as he is casting everywhere from US to Sweden) but there will be normal dailys those two days, no worries | ||

Pick it up people. Don't try to game Day9 so your reply gets selected. Just get out there, play by his rules (they are in place to make us think differently and try new things) and if your game is participially amazing, send it it. I'd be willing to be that 90% of the games that end up in his mailbox are absolute garbage to watch. If you enjoy mondays and tuesdays as much as I do, lets help Day9 out and stop sending him garbage. | ||
