(Emphasis so this doesn't end up in the abyss of 400 pages of thread.) What I did: Netstat. Checked for the IP serving the flash video itself through port 1935 (TCP). Doing a normal TraceRT on ustream.tv would be the tracert to the HTTP page. TraceRT on port 6667 would lead to the IP serving the IRC chat.
