I just built an i7 setup and I cannot imagine attempting to unbend those pins LOL. You must be so relieved as am I as a contributor to the purchase of that system lol. I know I'm not Day[9], but yes, that's a great way to deal with it. You have to be careful because of cloaking, and because you can be vulnerable while you have just 1-2 phoenix, but once you get 3-4 up, you can easily fend off banshees, harass their economy, and help your main army deal with the terran's, | ||

Is there no other counter to the banshees, like going stargate and phoenixes? phoenix do rape banshees.they do so sick dmg against them and can race em down easily. they also do "ok" against vikings. its just that most P still go for the standart robo/warpgate stuff and thus dont have a stargate ready. and YEAH finally more day stuff! whole TL has a happy face again :> | ||

Are you still having trouble with the 3 sticks of ram in? Because I remember you said you got Corsair memory and getting a faulty Corsair module is very unlikely. Instead did you try installing the modules in the other 3 slots? For example ram memory is numbered funny but: the slots tend to be referred to as: [CPU] |2|1|4|3|6|5| instead of 1 3 5 did you try 2 4 6 or vice versa? Some manufacturers have 2 4 6 placement and others (Gigabyte being one) 1 3 5. | ||
