Where do you get your replays from? I find that the absolute best resource for improving at the game is a professional replay, and unfortunately I can't find as many of them as I would like, and when I do find them they're rarely the games I would like to watch. What places should I be looking for professional-grade replays? Thank you in advance for your response!

Episode #1 in reality, the Dailies are 95% applicable to any game of any patch, as they really discuss fundamentals and basic themes. Of course, some of the more in-depth ones (terran mech, ZvP, other specifics) would be more relevant in newer episodes, but they should still be VERY useful even if Hellion damage is larger in one game, and less in another

Please pass this on to Day9, if you can. Where do you get your replays from? Some he downloads off of the teams site, for example teamliquidpro.net has replays from their team members. Some of his replays though are sent specifically to him from the teams.

I would recommend watching some casted matches just to learn the new units / current metagame, then go looking for dailies on specific styles or builds you like. A lot of the "nooby" dailies focus more on general RTS concepts like macromanagement, mechanics, scouting, timing etc, so if you were reasonably good at BW then this wouldn't be your primary concern. I guess if you are looking for an intro to each new unit and what it does you could always watch the team monobattle dailies

Start with the fundamentals and work your way up to more advanced ideas. I've got a friend that struggles to use queens effectively even though he was C-. Even by yourself, you cant theorize strategies when you don't know any of the fundies. In the past Day9 has made catchy phrases to remember them: Probes and Pylons Lair is my playground etc. After you understand the mechanics of this new game, you can proceed however you want to!

I think Sean should do a funday monday with some 2v2v2v2 BGH games. Some of my favorite dailies were #65 and #50 and I think it would be an awesome topic to mix up the funday mondays with.

The difference is I can't play it on Irfanview. I've tried MPC, Zoom Player, VLC, along with Irfanview. Think you guys can help?

Well....according to his live chat he couldn't think of a topic and may take a break due to being tired. And I'm too tired to stick around and hope he mentions one.

It depends how good you were at BW. I would start browsing through the Newbie Tuesdays if you weren't too awesome (252 is the most important by far), but if you were decent, browsing through the "steal this build" series is probably your best bet.

In about 2 months the show will be relevant to todays metagame.
