yeah, I do agree with the rule, Maybe its because I have over 500 (crossed that line a long time ago). But either way, they want to give the keys to people who will actually contribute to the forums, and in a good way. otherwise we would see a increidble amount of 1 post users joining just to enter the contest. and we would likely see the winner be someone with 1 post. It happens with almost all contests in gaming, people will make accounts just to try and win, and take away from someone who has contributed.

I don't have a beta key yet though, so I entered :D
