Yeah but even if you put on 30 pounds you wouldn't even be close to anyone's definition of "huge". 115 at 5'5 is like a really skinny girl.

Well not really skinny (my gf is 5'6" and 98pounds/45kg), so at least you're a little bigger - but you really need to put some weight on - get to at least men's sizes in jeans! I can understand you not wanting to get "huge" but you should attempt to add tone/strength - you will get more use out of that anyway.
Eshlow, all this eating is making me sick I swear...need to go do a bicep/tricep session. Im going up in weight on a few activities, so I will let you know how it goes.

Get some vitamin D and take 10,000 IU.
I actually took 20,000 IU a couple days in a row.. obliterated my fever.

Age: 26 Height: 5'8" Initial Weight: 204 lbs Target Weight: 170 lbs Current Weight: 189 lbs Target date: 31 December, 2009
I read the Hacker's Diet and currently have daily deficit of 1,000 calories, meaning I lose about 2 lbs per week. I go to the gym 4 times a week to avoid burning muscles.

I'm not an expert on cutting but a 1000 calorie deficit is probably way too much. Just going to the gym isn't going to preserve your muscle mass, the huge deficit is going to deplete your muscle mass significantly on any diet.

Yeah, take it from someone who had muscle atrophy, you will still lose a lot of muscle doing that.
STATUS UPDATE!
I went to the gym today. and as planned I attempted to up the weights on some exercises: 1) bicep barbell curl: from 35kg to 40kg...didnt go as planned. i did one set and was destroyed...so I did the other 3 sets at 35kg to finish up. Ill probably do the same next week and try to slowly move up to the 40kg curl...boy did I feel the difference 5 kg makes!
2) skull crushers: from 25kg to 30kg - mission accomplished! I was at muscle failure at the last rep of the third set, but I did finish it...very happy...oh the burn...
3) bicep preacher curls: from 7.5kg to 10kg - mission accomplished - i needed a little help with my weaker left hand for the last two reps of the final set, but otherwise I managed it!
After all this, I still got through my tricep pushups and 21s, so I feel it was a productive session - my arms feel much more worn out than normal, which can only be a good thing.
Hopefully by next week there will have been some growth and I can finally put some size onto my arms (they have been the same size for nearly a month now... ) and I can get a little further with the bicep barbel curls!

My deadlifts had a practical application today!
I can deadlift about 140kg (308lb). Doing squats today I was spotting my friend doing about 110kg (242lb), he basically went to failure and there was no way I could spot him back up, his ass was pretty much touching the ground, he kind of yelped, I had two palms under the bar slowly helping him back up on his squats, but he was really low at that point for me to support his body or the bar and I wasn't going to try to bicep curl that much weight , so I switch one hand to an overhand grip and grabbed the bar the same way as I do deadlifts. He dropped, opened his eyes and I was holding the weight above his head just calming waiting for him to move. It felt awesome =).

Winner...he should have at least taken you to a strip joint. its only fair.

He had moved outside of the squat rack for some reason, I didn't realise he was so far back either.

I need salad ideas if anyone's got any please? The whole tuna and sweetcorn combo is becoming a bit stale. I might try mixing in cubes of firm tofu or something equally as random.
