This lampard hiring is one of the most puzzling decisions I have witnessed in years. Did anyone seriously think it would work? The guy is a terrible coach. He proved that in his first chelsea stint already. "just cross and hope for the best"

Of course not, but I think Lampard has the potential and its a shame to see him fuck it all up by taking too many high profile top level jobs too fast.
His reputation as a coach is shot now. He should've stayed in the Championship after Derby and at least got himself a promotion and plenty of experience before going to the Premier League.
Same with Gerrard.

Enzo is not a flop at all, guy is world class, played slightly out of position with also a team that can't score. Falcao was shite and finished when we got him, Torres was also broken, but his stats weren't bad, he scored 30 goals in our 60 game season when we won Europa league!!
