Ten Hag always struggles when he starts coaching a new team. He needs 6-12 months to work his magic. Usually it's not this bad though. I hope he'll get some time but I doubt it if this continues much longer.

Looking at it now, I think one of the damning things about United game was their subs. I guess the game is kind of done at 4-0 anyway, but there really wasn't even anyone to bring in from the bench. You'd think a top club can find some exceptional alternatives when the starting 11 isn't delivering, but with United the bench looked incredibly weak also. Elanga has 2 PL goals to his name and after that you've mostly got some workhorses like McTominay and co.

That just doesn't like a team that's ever going to break a gritty tied game past 70 minutes or so.
