On April 23 2022 22:43 evilfatsh1t wrote: where did you find a bar that actually shows live epl games? i dont go to bars much but when the few times i have i have never seen a live epl match on. at best its a rerun the one we went to was some random one in redfern - the place had absolutely no one in the bar so we were super curious as to why it was empty when we went in. turns out the guy just finished a private event and decided to keep the bar open for a bit just in case he had any walk-ins. after chatting for a bit and realizing he was a soccer guy (newcastle fan), he offered to put on the arsenal-united game on his laptop while we drank (and gave us a free shot as well!) as for actual bars/pubs/places that show live EPL - cheers on george street, the sporting globe in king street wharf, winghaus at circular quay + barangaroo, the star in pyrmont and there's a ton of random pubs affiliated with premier league teams that show live matches (i think scruffy murphy's is the official pub for united fans in sydney). | ||
