GOGO CHELSEA To add a bit more fun, Mahrez and Coman are local lads who grew up being huge PSG fans. Anyway, first 100% oil money final ever! Glad the superleague was cancelled, we want more of this in the coming years. On a more pitch focused note, I'm really happy for Tuchel, I watched his Dortmund quite a bit and had high hopes for what he could achieve with a stronger squad. PSG's administration and stars castrated him, we could never see the game to game (or even in the same game) innovations he was showing at Dortmund. Emery is probably playing another European final in the mean time. | ||

Find it rather sad that Eden Hazard is getting shit on for the crime of being a good loser and having friends in a club he was at for years. Kind of telling on how myopic fans are that he’s getting more flak than PSG have got for their players collectively spitting out their dummies | ||

So many opportunities for Roma and if they finished better (some of the good chances were shot straight at De Gea), we could have been in trouble! yeah de gea made a lot of good saves this game. actually more clutch saves he made in the roma game than he has the rest of the season. but i think a lot of the weakness in defence was down to shaw and wan bissaka being subbed. i watched the whole game and if ole wanted to push for the win then 100% we would have won the game by keeping key players on. he did the right thing by rotating a lot of players and so shaw and wan bissaka being subbed off at the start of the 2nd half caused a few problems. nothing to really worry about imo because despite some chances in the first half we were undoubtedly the better team with our usual 11. van de beek was terrible though. i know he hasnt had a run of games but its so obvious that his confidence is at its absolute lowest. any time he received the ball he just couldnt wait fast enough to get rid of it and it led to a pretty bad 90mins. hopefully he gets some feedback on this because he will surely get more minutes this week | ||
