Ajax were poor because they could not handle the standard high press Chelsea use and then when we were under a bit of pressure we just hit it long and our 21 year old out muscles the Ajax defenders and holds it up. If Callum wasn't coming off a 6month injury he would have bagged at least 2 of his sitters he missed lol. With no Ajax fans allowed in the Bridge on the next game i am confident we can get ourselves all but secured of a knockout place at home.

i don't think they'll touch liverpool or city but definitely getting a cl spot with how they're playing.

Absolutely even if this is just a purple patch its better than anything Arsenal and Spurs have produced, and its a well put together team thats well coached.

Chillwell had a great game, but I think he o+ Show Spoiler +verperformed a bit today. Regardless he is also a reliable PL player. Periera is also decent and has goals in him.
I really like their central defensive pairing. Evans is aight, but that guy Soyoncu is really good. Hes a bit small for a central defender (which kinda only matters in the PL to be fair) and physical attributes are rather average. But he reads the game excellently.
I remember being impressed with him in their game against Liverpool because everytime Liverpool would try that release ball they use for theiur fast counters he was there covering or sweeping. Rarely if ever did Liverpool break and its not like Leicester was sitting back either, they were sharing the ball equally which is when Liverpool is most dangerous imo and he handled his 1v1's really well to.
They were unlucky to lose vs Liverpool and I was very impressed with their performance.
ve watched every Leicester game since then and I would readily pick them as 4 even 3rd place. Again the only real problem is depth. Injuries and fatigue will slow them down unless your Hamza Choudherys can also kick it up a gear and not kick other players.

It even feels like similar transitional season for the usual top 6 as they had when Leicester initially triumphed. Now Liverpool and City (and maybe Chelsea) seem to have their stuff sorted out sufficiently, but everyone past those is looking very beatable for current Leicester.
Of course stomping of a man advantage game isn't where the champions are made, but they're looking quite alright on the grittier games too.

Glad for Pulisic, the guy had tough start of the season, but now looking very solid. A couple of assists on batshuay in last games and double today.

funny. after 10 games played leicester and chelsea are both 6-2-2, both (seemingly) celebrating ten games with a huge victory.
both teams lost against man united and liverpool, and they played a draw against each other.

Chelsea are surprising a lot of people this year. Once the transfer embargo is lifted they are going to be in a great spot.
edit: Went on a massive hike and got pretty drunk in the evening so I mssed most of the football yesterday. Exeter City smashing our rivals Plymouth 4:0! Southampton taking that beating 0-9 from Leicester. Christian Pulisic's hatrick sending the Americans crazy. Qingdao are promoted too! There's a lot to discuss, but I'm too tired.

Chelsea is incredible. They had the transfer ban, a new and inexperienced coach and Hazard (their best player) left the club. And still, they are doing very well with a lot of youngsters. Chealsea is a team with a lot of personality. Like when Mourinho left the club in a bad situation and Conte won the league next season.
