Its kind of a double standard that the same people who were outraged at AB for what he did to Raiders are fine with what Luck did to the Colts even though what Andrew did had a much more detrimental impact on his team. the niners next game is against the Steelers and with big ben down i can see SF starting out 3-0. Kinda strange how Ben got injured right after AB scored a Pats TD. Karma is a cruel mistress

The Colts were criminally bad at offering him any protection and he has no obligation to continue on taking a beating every week if he doesn't want to. AB on the other hand is freezing his feet, throwing a hissy fit over a helmet, missing team meetings, THREATENING THE GM, and acting like an unprofessional nincompoop. Not even close to comperable. Looking forward to you not responding to people telling you you're wrong and continuing to post.. stuff.

You don't wait until the end of preseason when the entire front office and coaching staff spent the whole year building around you in prepairation for a SB run then nope out. Raiders would still be 1-1 this season even if they had Brown. Raiders wouldnt have beat KC if they had AB active but the Colts would be 2-0 right now because Luck would have beaten the Texas week 1 even if not at 100% I would have respected if Luck played game 1, then said i cant play anymore, then not even trying. Manning was falling apart and was still there for his team. Big Ben out for the season.

I'm a Colts fan and I support Luck 100% in his decision to retire, even if the timing wasn't the best.

I do object to people acting like the Raiders got hoodwinked and fandangoed by AB. Did the Raiders front office not watch the end of the Steelers season last year? If they did, they would have seen AB throwing shit around and not showing up for games. Then the Raiders sign AB and act all crestfallen when hes acting like a douche. The Raiders were using AB for publicity for Hard Knocks and there relocation to Las Vegas. AB used the Raiders publicity to secure himself becoming a free agent. This whole saga mutually benefited the Raiders and AB. The Raiders do not deserve sympathy for being used by a player that they were noly using to sell advertising. AB saw what Oak did to Mack and Cooper and knew he would be released if he didnt listen to the 100 million dollar man Gruden.

Optimistically he would have started game 4 or 5, more realistically week 7 after the bye was going to be his first start.
