Mahomes, and to a certain extent Jackson, are doing a lot of damage extending plays with their feet. Maybe he'll want that kind of dynamic? He could also draft a QB if he can't find what he's looking for in FA.

Cam would likely need to take a large paycut for it to be feasible. I just don't see Cam and Belichick meshing well together. Injury history and lack of a current health status aside, Cam is way too stubborn to be successful under Belichick. Bill can work with divas, but probably not at the QB position. Chargers are highly likely for Cam.

It was the threat of running that enabled him to play an mvp season. No doubt he can throw, but playing vs a defense that has to defend run on every snap obviously opens the field.
If you remove him as a running threat you remove his unique edge and he becomes a reasonably accurate passer with an incredibly strong arm.

I consider winning a lombardi as RB a step up from getting salty second as QB. Remember him flinching away from the ball on the ground after getting stripped? Winning anything is a step up from that

Cam's deepball looked miserable in the two games he played this past season, and with surgery we don't even know if that is back to 100%. Unfortunately, with the current climate, it is going to be very difficult to get a read on his condition and whether he is back up to speed. With the lisfranc injury he sustained, it is likely that he will never be as mobile as he has been, and no guarantee he will get his full arm strength back. It's a risky endeavor to go after a QB who is likely at 80% strength with many unknowns, lack of recent playtime, and how much he likely wants to be paid.

Please for the love of god keep Antonio Brown away from Lamar Jackson. He don't need that negativity and shit around him. I really want to believe the Ravens are too smart (they get the benefit of the doubt based on their track record) to bring a guy like that in. Then again, they also have a track record of bringing in strong veteran WRs when they fall out with their old teams (Derrick Mason, Anquan Boldin, Steve Smith).

Physically AB is probably still a beast but I don't think anyone can fix him mentally.

yeah the tweet wasnt even that bad. it was shitty boomer humor but it was being blown way out of proportion. players transferring schools over it is pretty outragious.
