It's not like Rosenborg has been racking up wins in the past 2 seasons theyve qualified for the EL, but the previous two seasons they were actually plain unlucky in several games. This season we were outplayed in every single game, and not because our opponents were world class, but because we were really really bad. Birger Meling and Andre Hansen have shown themselves as good enough for bigger challenges though. But I hope they don't go anywhere yet.  | ||

I've totally given up on this season now,11 points off top 4 and a ridiculous 19 points off 1st. And with Pogba benched I think it won't be long before transfer rumours start flying? | ||

if you consider yourself to be an absolute professional that plays your heart out for the club, and you see your teammates lacking that professionalism and care more about their instagram profiles, youd be annoyed with your teammates. im not saying thats the case, but the manager in this situation only has 1 course of action and thats to tell the instagram addict to get his shit together. if that doesnt work then you now have a dysfunctional squad simply due to personality differences that are beyond the scope of manager control. the only solution at that point is to utilise the transfer windows and remove players. if for example the player in question is paul pogba then theres a lot more headache involved its why its so important you have a long serving group of players at the club that regularly play and act as your spine. players that know what it means to be a player for the club in question and can form an atmosphere in the dressing room. united at the moment dont have any of that, all imports from various clubs that dont really have much influence in the dressing room and the veterans are either injured, dont start every game or dont really have commanding presence | ||
