Football is so weird sometimes I suggested Löw a squad without a single bayern player for WC2014. They have a serious head problem. If you have a head problem then it doesn't matter if you in a good or bad shape, you simply play very bad. Too bad that new bayern players are already affected by now. edit: the loss vs frankfurt at dfb-cup was so obviously.

More like it was Zidane Or a mixture of both RMA made a new personal antirecord, last time they were not able to score in 4 matches 60 years ago.

They had 17 points in matchday 8 (this season they have 14 points) and Ronaldo had not scored. They were below Valencia and Atleti most of the season.

Sure, they didnt look like winning the CL based on League performance last year either.. but they did. Thing is in La Liga, the other teams goalkeeper doesnt seem to be passing the ball to RM's forwards which was a running theme in the semis and final last year. Their failure has been in adequately reinforcing the team, the core itself is fine. People were literally asking the same sort of questions in these threads this time last year.. it still puzzles me that people find the performance in both leagues to have some correlation for elite teams. Its just as often completely different as it is replicated.

Everybody keeps talking about Chelsea, Pool and City (and Mourinho) while Arsenal has been quietly getting their stuff running alright. I'm not sure if they're ready to contest the top tier yet, but the win streak is still way more solid than what we're used to seeing from Arsenal. I think them and Pool are the two teams that haven't dropped any points to teams outside the usual big 6.

Alaves is the team with less budget of la liga, and they are tied with Barça and Madrid. I love Basque teams like Eibar, Athletic, Real Sociedad, Alavés. They are always intense.
