My bet is that indications are toward the latter.
That having been said, would that distinction really make any difference to the level of crazy involved here?

I remember that our team said in the press conference they weren't looking forward to the match at all, after going out on penalties they would rather not play the game for the 3rd spot, etc. Yet they beat the host, who should have redeemed themselves in this game, with what was qualitatively our worst squad in decades. We weren't great but you guys have only yourselves to blame for not showing up.
Must be tough being a Brazilian football fan when the whole world is conspiring against you...

What? How was I racist? I thought, when you offended me and I called you back P***, you sais it wasnt even an offense?
Also, netherlands go brag if the penalty had been actually inside the area and the 2nd goal not offside. But I guess that you dont remember huh? Probably dont remember the 2010 drama too? (tbqh that one I dont lol)

Excuse us for getting an easy draw after Chealsea this year. Or last year drawing PSG and Juventus in playoffs before being eliminated. Or previous year against Arsenal and Atletico in playoffs before being eliminated.
You really don't know what you are talking. Barcelona usually get hard draws in CL playoffs.
So Bayern got Beşiktaş and Sevilla. They must be UEFAYER.

And I guess you didn't see me saying Barcelona is back to UEFAlona cos Neymar left? Also, Hazard was really disappointing (I called that one in before), and guess whose mistake it was in Barca's first goal in Camp Nou? I called that one too (it wasn't only the goalkeeper). No offense at Pandemona (he will take everything especially from me against Chelsea personal) but they are perhaps level to United only right now. And not long ago they lost to a 10-man PSG Zlatanless (red carded for that "foul" on Oscar) team in Champions League... so, yea.

Ok, I won't feed the troll anymore.

Trolls are Barca and Madrid cheating in football. Outside Europe too or should I bring the Club World Cup videos up again? Even against japaneses Kashima, what a shame.

Just because I dont take offense doesnt mean its not offensive in general. My personal reaction to your racism has nothing to do with you being racist in the first place.
Let me explain it in Favela speak.
If I go to the favela and someone steal's 10 bucks from me, + Show Spoiler +(a totally plausible thing btw) I wouldnt give a shit, who cares its just 10 bucks. But that person would still be a thief right?

Of course there isn't really a conspiracy in favour of Barcelona, Madrid or Bayern. The way the draws work is that they will always favour at least one big club simply because teams from the same group or the same association cannot be drawn against each other. Once you start the mix and matching you actually see there are very few possibilities for clubs, forcing either really difficult draws or very easy ones. So Chelsea for example were only ever going to get PSG, Barcelona or Besiktas. So as long as Chelsea were not drawn that meant that if PSG and Besiktas had already been, Barcelona were always going to be their opponent.
There was actually a pretty interesting article about this a couple years ago in a Dutch newspaper on why Uefa don't really need heated balls, because there are enough rules in place as early as the group stages to prevent the top teams from getting difficult draws until at least the quarter finals. So even if a team underperforms there is always a change of getting an easy opponent. It's not foolproof so occasionally you'll get a team which gets screwed over like PSG and Chelsea this season.

Wait a minute. If UEFA hates Brazilians and that's why they were deadset against Barça when Neymar was there, how come they are not still hating on Barça, who now have Paulinho AND Coutinho?! Or is it only a conspiracy against the great Neymar?
|
Yea for you money doesn't rule too? Anyways...
Penalty calls favored them, whether against (not calling) or in their favor. Year after year. But, yea, no conspiracy. I'm not only against Barca and Madrid, I'm against every corruption. Just as it happens in favor of Corinthians and cia here. And it's not only random accusation, they have already been condemned before (it's not only Juventus in the world), and recently have been condemned to pay back 400 millions of people's money given by the ex-president (who has also been condemned recently here) to build their stadium. If you don't wanna see it, it's not my problem.
PSG got screwed by the referee, not by the draw. Otherwise they wouldn't have been leading 1-0 in Bernabeu until Kroos' offside dive. Also Chelsea dealt with Barca diving getting all calls in England, and in Spain they had a legit penalty not called. Not as ridiculous as that Kroos' dive and biased referee provoking Neymar all game, but still...

"Selling" Paulinho and Coutinho decreases Neymar status. And it's all about status (for money, propaganda, etc), Neymar status dangers Messi/Cristiano (UEFA) status, so that's a no-no.

Think they/you would worshipp him that much if he was black? Come on... (i'm not black so don't say I'm like those activists) Besides, he always played in Barcelona.

I didnt think a reference to Favelas was racist, from my understanding its just a reference to a slum ?
if it is I apologize and wont mention it again.
+ Show Spoiler +Edit: I just looked it up, there is no racist history, etymology, or connotation to using the term Favela. The equivalence is completely false, and full of shit.
Pretending to throw in football comment isnt fooling anyone.
Here's a football comment.
"Brazil is bad at football."

Brazillian complaining against corruption is pretty fresh, just because Brazil is so corrupt they are making movies out of it doesnt make the rest of the world or other football competitions as bad.

@Pandemona the Netherlands are playing England next week I see. Do you guys take friendlies seriously or can we hope for a result? I just had a look at the players we called up on Teletekst and I died a little inside.

One does not invalidate the other. They were in the same group as Bayern which left Madrid as the only possible strong team they could face, getting Madrid was desperately unlucky.

How long you think its going to take to rebuild if at all ? I never thought I would see a dutch squad that wasnt chalk full of elite european players in my life. The highest profile players I can think of is Strootman and Van Dijk?
Even the Kluivert is the wrong Kluivert?

Haha England are just weird right now, we "take them seriously" but if we lose/get bad result we will make excuses :3
Issue with our squad recently is somehow Joe Hart gets called up playing 1 game in 5 months at West Ham which was the last game in which they got beaten 3-0 by Burnley, he made many mistakes and fans stormed the pitch rioting xD
Other issue i have with the squad is Southgate shat on Cahill, now don't get me wrong if you don't want to play Cahill that is fine, but he has vast experience being to multiple world cups and euro championships. He has also won the most trophies in that squad, probably more than everyone else put together! Yet he is not even in the squad? What the hell is that all about. Cahill has always got shat on for England, not getting captaincy when he plays etc, it makes no sense. Leadership is so key when things go wrong or you need to grind out a result. Yet he takes him away in replace of 2 un capped centre backs and Joe Gomez who doesn't even play for Liverpool....in which it is Liverpool defense which is awful xD

I think we'll have to wait until at least Kluivert's generation matures for an actual solid team, but unless we take drastic measures we won't be seeing a a 1998 side soon. I think a major problem we are having isn't even the talent per se, the tactical and managerial side is even worse. We don't have a single manager in the top leagues and if you look at the football being played in the Eredivisie it's not difficult to see why. It feels like managers learned the wrong lessons from 2010. The great football we used to play with emphasis on controlling the ball has been turned into a rigid, risk adverse and generally boring style of football. It's somewhat better at Ajax than at my club, but Ajax have at times been borderline naive in their approach which apart from last year has meant little success in Europe too.
The youth academies themselves actually feel directionless as a result of the boring style of play. Creative players don't really seem to get the opportunities they need to excel. Instead, they are morphed into players the clubs require them to be an which begs the question why not recruit such a player in the first place. In the end the Netherlands is left with little creative players as a result.

"Brazil is bad at football" I reckon I answered: 5 World Cups 4 Confederation Cups 6 Olympic Medals 10 World Club Championships Not to mention the continental titles... Br cheats locally, outside all CBF does is sell themselves to profit from bribery. The ones who cheat the entire planet are the ones hosting the FIFA center.
As for "BR racism", perhaps I misjudged the term but it was still (unmoderated, especially until I answered) a derogatory generalization of my country. And arent you from Pakistan, hows it much different than being calling a p***? Still both ad hominem, with you provoking it in the 1st place.
