I really hope next year the best WC performer gets the trophy and not Messi/CRonaldo just because they always get them (they earned it most of the time but not always)

Ronaldo the 'Best' of the CL alright but not the whole season. Maybe they just shouldn't make trophies that gather multiple competitions.

In other cases it would be confirmed dead by a signal from the referee which is why this sort of thing doesnt happen. If they saw the keeper celebrating they would have blown the whistle or signalling a save etc in other cases. A goal is awarded if, before passing between the goalposts and under the crossbar the ball touches either or both of the goalposts and/or the crossbar and/or the goalkeeper. The referee decides when a penalty kick has been completed.

So in this case as you can see all the officials stay still and do not signal anything as if they knew it might happen strangely lol. So the referees in the videos are actually good refs and the ones we get in CL matches are bad? :p Because the goals are all legit imo

Too bad that Braunschweig is always playing like shit in it ![]() ![]() So you were at Braunschweig cup exit, German bowl loss and now you Magdeburg 0-5 BVB. That's a nice streak there :D

The NewEra is an unlucky charm everything he watches turns to shit. ㅋㅋㅋ Not massively interesting but I was checking the Man City line up to see if they were playing a reduced team for their goalless draw at home to Wolves in the League cup and it shows them as making 4 substitutions. I take it you are allowed an extra substitution if the match goes into extra time or something? Anyway fair play to Wolves because the side Guardiola put out was pretty strong and they kept Aguero and Jesus at bay. I do love it when commentators just yell ‘Jesus!’ with the proper intonation when he smashes one.

To be fair it was one of those games where City did everything but score, kinda like a couple of games Madrid had early in the league season in La liga. You would rather get that sort of game out of the system here then in the league.
