This guy didn't even have a top 20 performance this year in the 100m freestyle yet he manages to be below 48 in the relay ? Are you all realizing how ridiculous this is ? And it's not just one race. There are no miracles in sport, if you're bad all year, you don't suddenly come back to be the best. Case in point : Agnel or Laure Manaudou. France is salty they dont have gold in swimming yet

But anyway, I don't know that Phelps' performance is any more suspicious than his previous performances in similar settings. How do you figure?

Shooting we pretty much got our only medal from so i doubt that would be high up on the broadcasting! they show each event when its live but commentators are only there if its a big event and or has a GB athlete in it. finally stream went live \o/

How many of the Olympic swimmers have you.....ya know Zealously'd ![]() I know most of the Swedish team moderately well, and I'm on pretty good terms with Norway's Henrik Christiansen as well - he's probably the funniest, most relaxed guy I know lol. I've met quite a few of the European swimmers once or twice (Luca Marin and Apostolos Christou have both torn me new ones at some point), but I wouldn't exactly say that I know any of them aside from the aforementioned Scandinavians. I don't get to go to a lot of international meets unfortunately, which is why Stockholm Open this spring was such a great experience! ![]()

A British guy I know used to smack Adam Peaty around pretty easily, which is pretty cool to think about if you consider that Peaty is now a WR holder, or pretty depressing if you consider how much better his development curve is compared to most people's. It's definitely cool, but I'm so envious of the people that I used to beat in particular that there's a tinge of bitterness as well ![]()
