Genuinely hope that referee gets fired.
He has a long line of Referees that should be fired before him. Starting with the infamous Cuneyt Çakir.
[OFF-Topic] How's Djuricic playing?

very good for england at 5 year ranking from now. Italy has only lazio rom now. juve and as rom are in bad position. Spain so good, still all 7 teams are in.

This year Europa League is very interesting compared to other years, lot of great teams. Although it is a pity that Napoli was eliminated too soon, I like them, but I'm very happy for Villareal passing.

Looks like no seeding or block of playing same country any more, completely free for all draw.

Who's that guy talking? Mr. Bo Ring 2.0?

Edit: Michael Heselschwerdt, not even the internet seems to really know who that is

oh boy that is quite a draw

Also, there's literally no hope left for Basel.
All Roger Federer wanted was to see Basel play in the final at their home stadium

Yea I don't see what there is to complain about. We had pretty much won the tie already; getting the away goal just sealed it and then you just play it out so no one gets hurt.
As for facing Tottenham, definitely the most powerful opposition we could've faced, but I'm not too worried. Some people (you know who you are) are downplaying the quality of our side, probably as a conditioned reaction to the awful season we had last year, but we're damn good.
It'll be a great game. We'll just have to wait and see how it plays out.

Depends if Tottenham play full side in that competition, they have best chance to win league so they rest players for the away games for sure, home time they normally play stronger side.

Wow, horrible draw again for Tottenham. At least a round of 16 exit will keep the players fresh for the final PL stretch.

And Dortmund is 1) probably the better side overall and 2) Europa League is really all they're playing for, so I'm still taking them as the favorites here.

No i wouldn't say Dortmund is the better side overall either. I would say it is a pure 50-50 game with both first team 11s playing. Augomon vs Kane this season is no difference That is all there is really.

All jokes aside, I think Dortmund are the stronger side but it will be very competitive. This feels like a CL knockout match.

I really have no idea which is the stronger team. Dortmund is comfortably 2nd in the league which we should given our roster. Spurs play fantastic all season and if I got that right they haven't played their regular starting 11 in the EL yet. If Tuchel doesn't change for the next fixture Weidenfeller should be back as EL-goalie and if Kane tells Pochettino he wants to play former CL finalist team Dortmund he might just be the difference against our weaker goalie.
But if Hummels conserves his form and Gündogan + Weigl/Sahin play at their best we'll see most of the possession and Spurs might not get enough good chances to go through.
A loss is no shame in that matchup. For neither team. I'm looking forward to this. It's going to be great and imo the two best teams meet each other which is always cooler as a grand final instead of some ro16 match during the season.
