So LVG has spent 300 million and has 0 world class players. Net spend is a bit closer to 123 million but luke shaw, depay, and martial have more then enough potential to be world class. Rooney certinly has been world class in the past. Hes certinly wasted a bit of cash though. I don't know what he saw in Darien or the germen midfielders that was so much better then felani and young. LVG should probably resign after this clusterfuck though. I would put money down that they don't even get into top 4 and getting euro league will be a fight.

According to the Mirror, Wayne Rooney is at the centre of an incredible £100 million deal to lure him from Manchester United to China this summer. The Red Devils have reportedly received a £27m bid from an unnamed Chinese Super League club, believed to be Shanghai Shenhua, to take Rooney from England at the end of the season. The club is prepared to offer him £500,000 a week for a three-year deal to see off another Chinese club ready to enter the battle for the forward. Source

Leeds Vs Watford in the cup seems a bit weird every fibre of my body tells me Leeds are a big team and Watford are nobodys. But Watford are a Premier League team right now and Leeds haven't been top tier for a decade.

Yeah loads off people just took longer to get back into their seats, likely back up in the nail salon or something. Was just very visible because it was in the TV focus the whole time. But there are quite a few empty seats visible even now, poor performance plus bad weather will do that.

Edit: So Leverkusen is quite unhappy with some of the ref calls, mostly seems like much ado about nothing but still. Now Dortmund takes the lead after they quickly restart game after a foul stopped a counter, with the ball spotted 5 or so meters farther up the field than it should be. In the ensuing protests a yellow card gets handed out and the Leverkusen coach gets sent to the stands. Coach refuses to leave unless referee comes to talk to him in person after lengthy consultations with the Leverkusen captain. Referee pulls the players off the field and suspends game for 10 or so minutes. Should continue soon, but the aftermath will be quite interesting.

He knows they can't win vs us, that's why he doesnt want the game to continue ![]() I always admire the calmness of referees tbh. I couldn't deal with this shit every weekend. I'd probably have told him to fuck off or i cancle the game and they loose 0-3 haha
