I have a hard time imagining who'll lead Bayern should Pep leave next summer. Not that it matters because that roster would own the German league and cup without a coach but I doubt they'll go without one : D
Might come down to Ancelotti or ... Sammer? Mou doesn't want to work in Germany and even if he was available his playstyle would not fit a team that was lead by Pep for years. Ask Fergie or Heynckes to lead for a year before they can buy Tuchel who asks his team to play a similar style? Lahm going straight from player to coach?
Shit, just saw that Hummels turned 27 today. Feels like yesterday that we won that suprising championship with a bunch of 20-22 yr olds.

I don't think there's a snowball's chance in Hell of Mou ending up at Bayern. Bayern have an image to preserve. They are the embodiment of German football in Europe, and Mou tarnishes everything he touches, even if he does win trophies. I also seriously doubt that they would be able to just buy Tuchel out of Dortmund; Tuchel seems like he has more integrity than that, especially since he just arrived and is doing so well at Dortmund.

The players can moan all they want at the moment the board are backing Mourinho to turn it around and they wont care about the players until Europe is not in sights anymore. January will be very fun, as supposedly mourinho told the players he wished he sold some of "you" at training this morning xD Also Pep is announcing next week what his future holds so that might interesting Roman etc. Didn't the players at Real Madrid dislike Mourinho as well when he left? Maybe he should wonder if he's the problem and not the players.

And a very hardcore dislike by most of the team. Only Xabi Alonso, Arbeloa and Khedira were with Mou at end.

If you really want to know why Moudrid was such a dark age for spanish football you should read that book called "prepárense para perder" (translates into something like "get ready to lose"). I only got to read like 2 or 3 chapters but it was kinda interesting, even as a RM hater.

Also: DFB-Cup draws, Stuttgart vs BVB and Bayern gets to trash Bochum haha. Sad we don't have a home game but Stuttgart is the 3rd weakest team left so lucky draws for BVB and Bayern

He'll never leave next summer. We won't let him go and if you force yourself out of a contract after 1 year (and a sabbatical) no management will touch you anymore. 2017 he'll have only one year left on his contract and should he tell the management that he doesn't want to extend his contract they might try to get somebody like Cocu, Sousa and sell Tuchel. Is it likely? I don't know. Depending on next years success I can easily see Tuchel staying longer. Bayern is a step up on the career ladder but beating them in the league or CL at the moment would be like the nobel prize for football coaching. And you never know how much the Tuchel vs Klopp comparison haunts him. Winning CL while not likely with Dortmund would shut that down in his favor.

Tuchel did exactly that and BVB bought him...

He was in Mainz for five years not one. Sure he did it once but do you think his career would skyrocket if he went somewhere earns a 2nd place with the 2nd best roster, forces his leave after 1 season, gets 2nd somewhere else with the 2nd best roster, forces his leave etc etc? People weren't all that happy with the way he left Mainz but seeing his high potential and the success he had nobody outside of that city cared all that much. But how often do you pull that kind of thing with a top 15 (20/25) club in europe?

If there is one thing I am 100% sure about football or humanity in general it's that morals/ethic don't matter one bit.
As long as profit is possible, people do it.

It seems Mourinho have been sacked.

Clubs a joke!!! Giving into player power every fucking time shit goes wrong, players are an utter disgrace how they have forced out the best manager in world football. Shocking. Now Mourinho will rock up and Yanited or City and piss all over England and we will see what happens when you give him time.
http://www.chelseafc.com/news/latest-news/2015/12/club-statement.html
Chelsea Football Club and Jose Mourinho have today parted company by mutual consent.
All at Chelsea thank Jose for his immense contribution since he returned as manager in the summer of 2013.
The club wishes to make clear Jose leaves us on good terms and will always remain a much-loved, respected and significant figure at Chelsea. His legacy at Stamford Bridge and in England has long been guaranteed and he will always be warmly welcomed back to Stamford Bridge.

The question now is: do you go fpl-all in on chelsea or on mourinhos next club? : D

However, i think it was only 4-5 players max, Hazard being the main one i feel after his antics on Monday night. Giving the manager a transfer window to fix it than sacking him before it doesn't make much sense, we ain't getting top 4 we know this but we could have won champions league if he got a few players in and was able to keep the anti mourinho ones out of the team. Issue was he couldn't keep them out or away because we needed them.
Im not sure i just hope Pep doesn't come in after he leaves Bayern in the summer. Chelsea fans would revolt alot, its like Princess Diana died again on the official forum and i heard rumors it might be worst on the subreddit lol

what are the odds for the next coach? anybody who takes over half a year or do you go for a long-term solution right away? tactics tim or rodgers to chelsea ftw!
