Yeah hes calling it really open. But thats a dangerous game to play. Messi wasnt going anywhere when he got fouled and he let it go. But he did get fouled. I see alot of intent from Argentina to run at defenders and that will mean alot of missed tackles.

Could be an interesting game to ref. And yeah I agree the yellow card was just saying "I am going to call this open. Dont bullshit me."

As long as he is consistent I am fine with it. Or well as consistent as possible. Honestly its kinda impossible to get it all right.

That was sloppy from Messi . He took it too casually, just tried to get it on target. Can happen if you dont have a look at the goal and attack the ball with tunnel vision. Take nothing away from Ospina however.

Yeah the only time Jackson Martinez showed up was when he bundled in behind Masch. Well I think they realised very quickly how outmatched they were so you cant blame them.

Naa that would be a bit harsh. It would kill the game to be that strict especially when no one else does it. Alot of Colombia players dont have much to work with though. Half time breaks tend to slightly reset their infraction meters a bit but they wont be able to play hook or by crook for long.

Edit : Ospina on the ball today.

Gutted that we're (most likely) losing Ospina as a part of the Cech transfer. Great bloke and very good keeper.

Would go crazy if Colombia bring out a reserve keeper for penalties. They've been playing for a draw the entire game, so I'd be bricking it if I'm Argentinian to see another keeper come out.
