Yeah just let the due process work.
The decision to let him play or not to play is not a legal one at this time. Fining him wont matter too much in terms of consequences, nor will taking away his license.
If he is playing that is more of subjective decision from the management and they have weighed in that he matters too much at this time. If you had any other job and you had this issue would you be banned from going into work the next day ? Exactly
Still Its always a tough decision to set a bad example and I feel for Sampaoli, but I cant hold it against him.
And yeah what Suarez did is irrelevant to this. He serves his time for his crime and vice versa.

Also Willian is decent but he's not really at a "Brazilian offensive midfielder" level.
Edit: I forgot about Firmino, he's pretty decent too.

Willian is the most annoying player there is. He can dribble past two players with ease, but then does nothing with the ball and gets dispossessed.
