It can fluctuate month to month but looking recently it was $35 for 4.3lb of chocolate with 15% off if you're doing 5 items (we always do but I have a 4 person household) = $29.75 give or take a buck or two. I think my last order of the vanilla 4.19lb was under $27.

Google some nerve gliding exercises. But otherwise don't worry about it.

They were smart enough to beat the technology at the time. But yeah I was really looking forward to 105s and 85s

Less dumb getting caught on the retest though, can always come out with some new metabolite test in four years that they weren't prepared for, but less dumb is still dumb.
Wonder how long it will be until someone touches those numbers again.

do you do alot of hanging ab excersizes? Its the nerves in your forearm that is under too much stress. Stretching out your forearms and wrists would help, otherwise rest a bit

For pause squats do you go down slower too or down/up at the same speed but just hold at the bottom? And is there any point to doing them? I've been warming up with pause squats to get comfortable with technique and depth.

I've been warming up with pause squats to get comfortable with technique and depth. I tend to go down slower than normal, but that's so I can ease into the bottom without putting too much strain on my knees/back. I also use pause squats to focus on form though, so I feel like going a bit slower allows me to really concentrate on remaining relatively upright and controlling the whole movement.

I use pause squats as warm up as well. Great stretc imo.

fak so recently i've been having really weird/runny/small shits and my stomach's been randomly upset. i hear that this can happen with milk based protein, but the kind i'm taking is beef isolate. could that be the cause of this, or is it something else?
i'm super confused and was super excited to take it instead of soy protein powder, but now i'm concerned. @_@
