From what I understand, these are the tiebreakers:
Clippers cannot get #2 seed if they are tied with the SW division winner.
Spurs are 3-1 against Rockets, everybody is 2-2 against everybody else so Spurs win any multiple team tiebreakers that involve the Rockets.
Memphis has better division and conference record vs Spurs and Rockets so they win two team tiebreakers against either team.
Clippers have better conference record against everybody so they win tiebreakers not involving the SW division winner.

I'd be wary of Okafor, imo. It seems more likely for raw prospects to become better at offense than prospects who look as lost as Okafor to become a defensive plus.

Sim ~~Bhuler~~ might become better if he shed some pounds. Though he was posting up other big guys like its nothing, but he looks so awkward because of his weight and seemed like he was going to pass out running up and down the court.
