Also it had pretty big implications as it was relegation play-off that his team lost 1:2 and Ruch (his team) was last team in Poland to never get relegated.

Remember those people that argued against goal line technology because the game should have exactly the same rules at every level? They were right! The DFB released an interview (German source, didn't find an English one yet) with the announcement that GLT will be used in all rounds of the DFB-Pokal, but only in the Bundesliga stadiums.
Can we please have a lawsuit after a team gets screwed by this? It would be so much fun.

Why? It sounds like the best decision for now. The technology was allowed in Bundesliga stadiums so there's no reasonnot to use it. As for 6th league "stadiums", I'm sure the DFL/DFB (whoever) wouldn't mind if you go ahead pay for the technology there.

Think of two BL teams playing 2nd BL teams, one in the BL stadium one in the 2nd BL stadium. Both games have goal not called in the last minute, one is corrected by GLT. Now you have one team advancing/profiting because of different rules by virtue of the draw. I can understand why they would want to use it, but using it only in some games is at least questionable.
Edit: The best decision is one of the following: - use it in all games (impossible) - don't use it at all - only use it if it is available in all matches of the round

I dont see the problem. At least theres one right decision instead of two wrong ones? And the team that gets knocked out would get knocked out in any case. Theres always luck involved. Or should Stuttgart complain when the get drafted against Bayern in the quarterfinals while Hannover gets Bielefeld? Thats also unfair

The rules in the draw are the same for everyone, the rules in the games won't be. Either way I mostly think it is funny because the argument about different rules in the BL and amateur leagues was a non issue, now they managed to make it one. But apparently this model is copied from the FA cup and they seem to be okay with it. I still hope for a possible lawsuit to see how they would try to defend this.

Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal confirms Torino full-back Matteo Darmian is on his way to Old Trafford to undergo a medical.
Delph had his best season ever last season playing every minute for a poor Aston Villa side. Now he wants to go straight away and cash in on that to try and play in Man City who are favourites to land Pogba? Add in Yaya Toure staying and where the hell does he fit in that midfield. Way to ruin your England chances :')

When he signed new contract in January Aston Villa released video with him talking about how loyal he is, that Villa is his club and he will try hard to build bright future of the club. Their fans must be quite pissed about him now that he leaves half year later, especially that they are getting only a million more than they paid for him.
Hahaha, so Guardiola does not only fail on a winning trophies level but also on a personal level. With selling Schweinsteiger Bayern sell everything they stand for. It's as if Liverpool'd sell Gerrard. He always stayed in Bayern when he had better offers and Bayern sell him just like that.
Rummenige and Guardiola - Bayern destroy themselves lol
