If not, I think we'll have to bribe a pro-American into the position. I would honestly be extremely surprised if whoever took over FIFA didn't do something significant that favors the US. My guess would be changing one of the future Cups to the US instead of one of the countries involved in the bribing. Might be easier to just move it to the UK though and less obvious. Also wtf FIFA/Canada? Why do the women have to play on turf? Guessing the lawsuit getting dropped has something to do with that not being a problem in the future though.

Short answer: no Also, changing the host country of a World Cup to the US would be the most scandalous thing that ever happened at FIFA. If you think this was a shitstorm...

Another answer would be, they get respect from the world in which all they deserve as a reward im afraid. Only reason USA are involved is because the tax man wants his money xD

Personally im ok if they didn't re vote 2018 world cup, but definitely think a 2022 world cup re vote or re consideration is needed.

Not a country like Qatar built with oil. I mean countries like Egypt or Marocoo. But of course this countries doesn't have infinite oil, so it will never happen. Even if you get a "real football country", the biggest issue would still be that it would have to be held in winter. Not to mention the security nightmare that would be. The Rally Dakar is now in South America for a reason. Also rofl, second division relegation possible winning goal in added time, again for the higher division team

Well, Marocoo climate is not so much different from Spain, and Egypt isn't so hot as Arabian Peninsula countries neither. But you are right, now building the stadiums and offering the security would be difficult. Despite it I would like it in the future. All the marocoo people I know really love football and talk about it all the time. Other countries I would like to host are countries like Turkey or Greece. They have some good stadiums already, they are quite decent in european tournaments and they have a huge football fanbase.

Anything could happen, i know many UEFA members were pushing for re votes but im sure they still need somehow get a majority voting pushed through to get a re vote surely. Which of course will be hard, i for one think the Russia world cup was at least more credible? than the Qatar one, like there bid itself in general when you think of them getting the world cup being ok. Qatar getting it and changing the whole tournament structure is pure wrong let alone the fact that they idle by and watch many "slaves" die building the stuff! Personally im ok if they didn't re vote 2018 world cup, but definitely think a 2022 world cup re vote or re consideration is needed. Yeah Russia is at least a big football country. I'm not sure if you can simply re vote on Qatar. Contracts are already signed and they're building stadiums. I'd guess FIFA would have to pay huge fines or something to Qatar for breaking the contracts.

Pretty sure UEFA wants Qatar world cup 2022 more than Blatter ever did. UEFA does anything Qatar wants them to

I would also like it be held in the Middle East/Arabia in general, but the details don't seem to work out at all. I'm more and more in favor of holding it in multiple countries. Most countries already have a national stadium where it wouldn't be such a gigantic waste of money. Also would make security more manageable if the fans only had to be managed in the capital instead of all over the place. And at least hold it in a place where you can play it in late or early summer so the season can be scheduled around it instead of being interrupted.

Sure we'll end up with qatar as world champion because nobody else would turn up but that would be a good reminder for all times what we thought about fifa, slavery etc. WC 2018 in Iceland, Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark! If I had to trust somebody it would be those damn fine nordics.
