stambouli's tackle can go either way. Pundits here were showing it like 5 times from different angles and like me, weren't able to tell whether he got the ball. referee was in a great position.. Maybe it was wrong but imo this was one of those situations where I couldn't fault the referee regardless of what he chose.

Last year it sounded like Moyes was a horrible manager at Everton (with a few exceptions) and Martinez was better in every way.

People saying that Moyes did bad work at Everton are hopefully not serious. He got that lot into the Champions League once. Look at where they were when he took over and then when he left.

Martinez is having the problem of no longer having Moyes' defensive mindset instilled in the team, as well as the team growing older. Distin looks way past it, and they've missed young Stones, who's been their best defender from what I've seen.
